The country's most important economic asset is its strategic location connecting the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. As such, Djibouti's economy is commanded by the services sector, providing services as both a transit port for the region and as an international transshipment and refueling center.
It is no doubt a growing economy in Africa and has seen significant improvement in macroeconomic stability, with its annual gross domestic product improving.
Newspapers are gradually losing their appeal to the reading public due to the availability of alternative sources of news such as the internet.

We are therefore positioning ourselves to educate and inform the world about Djibouti, with the formation of the online news portal.
Established by Africa Eye, The Djibouti world is therefore to promote good relations among African countries as a prerequisite for inter-Africa trade. We believe that trade and investments among countries are the easiest ways to improve economic activities.
First spotted Djibouti in the 1990 popular movie called   Awol by Jean-Claude Van Damme, and has always been a curious destination since childhood.
Djibouti over the years has housed thousands of refugees – mainly from Eritrea, Ethiopia, Somalia and Yemen. And its striking that, the Government is working with stakeholders to ensure that refugee students are included in its national education system which includes expanding its support for refugees by incorporating their education needs into the national education program. This is in line with the 2017 Djibouti Declaration on Refugee Education, an exemplary feat which deserves   commendation by the kind-heart of the country’s current president H.E. Ismaïl Omar Guelleh

The Republic of Djibouti, is a country located in the Horn of Africa in East Africa. It is bordered by Somalia in the south, Ethiopia in the south and west, Eritrea in the north, and the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden in the east. Across the Gulf of Aden lies Yemen. The country has a total area of 23,200 km2 (8,958 sq mi).[1] The Republic of Djibouti is predominantly inhabited by two ethnic groups, the Somali and the Afar people, with the former comprising the majority of the population.
